From Design to Delivery — Your Scarf Factory Partner

As a factory supplying scarves to international wholesalers and boutiques, our mission is to convert your design concepts into high-quality, market-ready products on schedule and within budget. We combine material expertise (chiffon, modal, cotton, silk, viscose, polyester, imitation cashmere, wool, lace and blends), technical pattern-making, rigorous quality control and export logistics to make the process predictable and scalable for buyers.

Submit Designs & Specs

Begin by sending clear design files (vector artwork or high-resolution images), a specification sheet (dimensions, hem style, label placement, packaging requirements), and the preferred materials or yarn counts. If you are unsure about fabric selection, we advise options by use-case — lightweight chiffon or viscose for fashion hijabs, modal or bamboo for soft drape scarves, silk for luxury squares, and imitation cashmere or wool blends for winter wraps. Providing a simple tech pack accelerates quoting and reduces misunderstandings.

Transparent Quote

After reviewing the tech pack, we prepare a detailed quotation that includes material costs, unit price at various MOQs, lead times, and the sample fee. The sample fee covers fabric sourcing, printing/weaving, sample sewing, finishing and express shipment to the buyer. We itemize the sample fee so buyers can see it credited against the first bulk invoice if the order proceeds. Transparent cost breakdowns help buyers compare proposals and assess landed cost.

Sample in ~10 Days

Once the buyer accepts the quote and pays the sample fee, we typically complete and dispatch a physical sample within about ten calendar days (this may vary slightly by fabric and print complexity). Samples are photographed, measured and accompanied by a measurement/conformance report prior to shipment. We use express couriers for international samples and provide tracking so buyers can inspect and test the item upon receipt.

Approve Sample → Start Production

After the buyer approves the sample, we proceed to sign a production agreement that confirms final quantities, shipment terms (EXW / FOB / CIF), quality tolerances, inspection plan (in-line and final), and payment milestones. Production begins only after the agreed deposit is received. Bulk lead times depend on complexity and order size; we provide realistic timelines and maintain production monitoring with photographs and progress reports.

Final QC & Shipping

When production completes, we perform internal final inspections and prepare the shipment: folding/packaging per buyer requirements, labeling, hangtags, packing lists and export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin if needed). If the buyer uses their forwarder, we coordinate handover; otherwise we recommend trusted international freight partners and manage bookings to the port/airport. Customs clearance and tracking support are provided until goods are handed over.

Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement

We solicit and record buyer feedback after delivery and initial sales. That feedback drives corrective actions—refining dye recipes, optimizing cutting layouts to reduce waste and cost, improving stitch tolerances, or adjusting packaging. Our continuous-improvement cycle aims to raise product quality while lowering unit cost across subsequent runs. Long-term partnerships often yield lower MOQ flexibility and competitive pricing.
